Tia Spaulding is the founder and principal designer of Tia Spaulding Interiors. Her approach to design is creating interiors for everyday living that fit her client’s lifestyles. She is involved in every step of a project from start to finish. She works in partnership with her clients to create timeless and sophisticated interiors that are luxurious and livable at the same time.

Tia began her design career in 2008 as the owner of a home staging company. Therefore, she has experience working on her client’s biggest investment. While running her staging business, a stronger believer in education, she obtained the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation. She later went on to obtain the Accredited Staging Professional Master designation (ASPM), after being personally trained by Barb Schwarz the founder of home staging. She is the only interior designer in Atlanta that has received both the ASP and ASPM designations. What this means to her clients is that she not only creates beautiful spaces, but she knows which home improvements yield the biggest return on investment

Always having a strong passion for interior design, Tia decided to listen to her inner voice and enrolled in an interior design program. During her studies, she interned at a top interior design firm in Buckhead. Two weeks into her internship she was offered the position of purchasing manager. As the purchasing manager, she learned the importance of project deadlines, vendor relations, conflict resolution, and always keeping the client as a top priority. Upon earning her degree, she started Tia Spaulding Interiors. She is a proud member of ASID Georgia chapter. When not creating amazing spaces for her clients, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her wonderful husband, and children.
